Through my art I'm exploring themes that depict the connections of past traditions and culture that have evolved and adapted to contemporary times. The western rural culture is a strong example of this intersection of past and present. My narrative encompasses human connections with animals and environment, and the ability to adopt and adapt to change while maintaining an intrinsic character. My subject matter is traditional. But I strive to tell a story beyond the scene.
